If CIMS is not working as expected in your AI assistant, check the issue below.
I cannot add CIMS
Some AI assistants require an organisation administrator or Owner to add custom connections.
If you use a team or enterprise account, ask your organisation administrator to add CIMS first.
After it has been added, connect your own CIMS account.
I cannot sign in
Make sure you are using the same email address associated with your CIMS account.
If sign-in fails or keeps returning you to the sign-in screen:
- Sign out of CIMS.
- Sign back in.
- Return to your AI assistant.
- Select Connect again.
My AI assistant is not using CIMS
Check that CIMS is enabled for the current conversation.
Look under your AI assistant's Connectors, Integrations or equivalent menu.
You can also explicitly mention CIMS in your request.
For example:
Use CIMS to find Swedish Instagram creators in fashion with 50k–100k followers.
I see an "Unauthorized" or connection error
Disconnect CIMS and connect it again from your AI assistant's connection settings.
This refreshes your CIMS connection.
Make sure you are connecting with the CIMS account associated with your workspace seat.
My results are incomplete
The CIMS AI integration is currently in early access, so some searches may occasionally return incomplete or thin results.
Try the search again with more specific criteria.
If the problem continues, send your CIMS contact:
- The prompt you used.
- The result you received.
- What you expected to see.
This helps the CIMS team investigate and improve the integration.
A creator profile is taking a long time to load
The first analysis of a new creator profile can take several minutes.
If it does not complete, open the creator directly in CIMS Scouting by pasting the creator's full profile URL.
I am out of credits
Check your CIMS credit balance.
AI assistant usage and CIMS platform usage use the same shared credit pool.
If you need additional credits, contact your CIMS representative about a top-up or additional credit package.
