How to keep your team list current in CIMS. Add a colleague, remove someone who has left, or swap one for another.

1 Where to go

User management lives in your account settings. Anyone with admin access can make these changes.

2 Adding and removing

ADDING — Use their work email
Add the colleague by their work email address. They set their own password on first sign in, so there is no credential to pass around.
REMOVING — Access ends immediately
Removing someone revokes their access at once. Campaigns, lists and reporting they created stay on the account.

3 Quick reference

The changes that come up most often, and what each one does.
WHAT YOU WANT TO DOHOWWHAT HAPPENSAdd a colleague | Settings, Users, add their work email | They are invited and set their own password
Remove someone | Settings, Users, remove from the list | Access ends at once, their work stays
Swap one for another | Add first, then remove | No gap in cover, seat confirmed free
Add beyond your seats | Contact us | We check the seat count with you

4 Good to know

Seats are part of your licence. Your plan covers a set number of users. If the screen shows no seats available, you are at your limit. Remove someone who no longer needs access, or get in touch and we will look at the seat count with you.
Swapping one person for another? Add the new user before removing the old one where you can. It confirms the seat is genuinely free and avoids a gap mid campaign.
