What Monitoring does

Monitoring is the part of CIMS that watches creator channels for you and collects everything relevant into one place — so you never have to chase screenshots or manually scroll feeds after an event. You point CIMS at a set of public creator profiles, tell it what to look for and for how long, and it does the rest. The system continuously searches for matching content and saves it to your content library, ready to review, measure and repurpose.

What gets captured

  • Instagram: Reels, feed posts and Stories
  • TikTok: Videos
  • YouTube: Videos and Shorts
  • Also: Snapchat Spotlight and Twitch
Stories are the reason to set this up early. Instagram Stories disappear after 24 hours. Once monitoring is live, CIMS saves them for you automatically during the tracking window — but it can only save what it sees. Start monitoring before your event, not after.

When to use it

  • PR events and launches: Track coverage from everyone on the guest list.
  • Product sendouts and gifting: See who actually posted, and what they said.
  • Always-on brand mentions: Catch organic posts about your brand outside of any formal campaign.
  • Campaign delivery: Verify that contracted creators published what was agreed.
